How do I send money to someone?

From the Pay tab, you can send money in several ways: search by username, select a friend, choose someone nearby, scan a QR code, or send to a contact. Once you enter the amount and confirm, you'll be securely redirected to your bank through Salt Edge to authorise the payment.

How do I request money?

From the Request tab, you can request money by searching a username, selecting a friend, choosing someone nearby, or scanning a QR code. You can request from multiple people at once, or create a group for quick recurring requests. Enter the amount and an optional note, then send. The recipient is notified and can approve the payment.

How do I add a bank account?

Go to the Accounts tab and tap the + button to securely link a new bank account to your Payfazt account.

Is my money safe?

Yes. Payfazt does not hold or transfer any money. When you make a payment, you're securely redirected to your bank app to authorise the transaction directly. Payfazt uses bank-level encryption and secure authentication to protect your account at all times.

How do I enable Face ID or Touch ID?

Go to Settings and toggle the Face ID / Touch ID option. If prompted, log out and log back in to set up biometrics during login.

How do I change my PIN?

Go to your Profile, tap "Edit PIN", enter your current PIN, then set a new one.
